Trentaquattro Roma - Largo Argentina: Authentic Roman Cuisine & Warm Ambience in the Heart of Rome

Spectacular experience for our last evening in Rome at the end of a two week trip to Italy! I wish we had dined here sooner. We stayed on Piazza Navona and actually walked by it several times, but had reservations at other restaurants. Everything about this restaurant feels special! The ambience, the service - truly OUTSTANDING attention from Antonio! - and of course the food. I had the sea bass filet and a side of chicory and my husband had the Queen bufala pizza…both were fantastic! On the night we were there they had live music playing, and it added such a special quality. Do yourself a favor and plan on spending an evening here, whether for aperitivo or dinner, or both! It will give you the magical experience in Italy you’ve been dreaming of. Grazie Antonio and team Trentaquattro for a perfect final night in Italia!

Had a pleasant dining at night especially the Carbonara and Grilled Octopus are so good. Accompanied by the Red Wine, served by Antonio who is really friendly and helpful.

We visited this restaurant three times in a week during our stay. It’s in a good location and never felt too crowded. The service team is absolutely lovely, friendly and professional. However, this was in sharp contrast to the manager or owner (not sure which), who could have been more welcoming and polite. The food is simple but tasty, and the pizzas are excellent. In the mornings, they also serve a special breakfast menu with all the classics: omelets, waffles, pancakes, and more. Overall, we definitely recommend this place!

The breakfast here was delicious. The fruit was incredibly fresh, we ordered a second bowl to go. Davide gave us excellent service and was very helpful with my food allergens. We’ll be back!

My husband and I stopped here after we arrived in Rome in between lunch and dinner time so a lot of places were closed. Delicious food and spritz! Would recommend! We got the carbonara and cacio e pepe :)

Came here every evening for a drink and breakfast on leaving- amazing food, not expensive, lovely people. Sirio in the morning and a brunette lady in the eve (we never got her name) were the best. Would come back just to see these people again

Trentaquattro was recommended by our hotel reception. We had delicious food with a view and amazing service from our server Davide. The prices were also not too high considering it is a high tourist area. I recommend coming to check it out if you are in the area!

We stopped in for lunch and our server was Sirio. I like the food and like everything that he like serve so yeah OK. Sirio was great very personable and welcoming. Thank you. He smiled lie. He was very nice and he welcome him and he welcome to send very well. He was hilarious. We would give 10 stars if we could!
